What is Goddess Guided Reiki?
Healing the world begins with healing yourself.
I'm an Usui and Lightarian Reiki Master with over 10 years of practice, including years of dedicated work supporting women navigating breast cancer through energy healing. That experience shaped how I practice Reiki today, not as a one-size-fits-all relaxation session, but as a practice that meets people exactly where they are in their healing.
Goddess-Guided Reiki blends traditional Reiki energy work with the archetypal wisdom of six goddesses, each one mapped to a different part of the healing journey, from the shock of a crossroads moment, through grief, through the long middle of restoration, to reclaiming your power and finally integrating who you've become.
You don't need to know anything about mythology to book a session. We'll talk before we begin, and together we'll find the goddess archetype that matches where you actually are right now, not where you think you're supposed to be.
Reiki is a complementary energy practice intended to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of balance. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. I always encourage clients to continue working with their medical team alongside any energy work.
